Stimulus? We Hope!!

Well, we are on the verge of President Obama signing into Law "THE" Stimulus Package. Will it save us and deliver us from recession? Only time will tell! I, like a lot of people, will wait to see exactly what is signed into law before forming an opinion. It may be a start to "Change" that we all have been waiting for. But as we all know , the economy needs a big jump start and a tourniquet to stop the bleeding. We have seen home prices continue to fall here in Mundelein and all of Lake County. Mundelein and Lake County are no different than the rest of Illinois and our Country. We need to create a bottom to the market that we can build on. That along with low interest rates and tax incentives may start to turn the housing market around. But until we see exactly what Washington has planned for us and how they plan to implement it, we'll just have to optimistically wait and see - Hopefully Better Days Are Coming!!!
